Food. Fast. Shrimp soft tacos for game day.

Are you feeding a hungry group for an upcoming sporting event? This week, we give you the option of a finger food that's really appealing, but it still quick and supports your goals to make healthier choices - shrimp tacos!

We used the new EatWell soft tortilla wraps to make our tacos and watched the other ingredients we added to try to remain aware of our calories, fat, saturated fat and sodium.

The meal items line-up includes: f&e large shrimp, f&e pre-shredded cabbage (just $.98 right now!), f&e pico de gallo, f&e EatWell tortilla wraps, f&e no salt added black beans and later we added an avocado to the mix for a creamy texture.

We chose the large shrimp from the refrigerated section because we didn't want to wait for shrimp to thaw.

fresh&easy healthy eating TweetChat with Dr. Wendy Bazilian

We wanted to share a recap of our recent TweetChat on healthy eating with all of you who may not have been able to attend. We meandered from topic to topic, talking about portion control, the benefits of certain foods (like blueberries and flax), shared a few favorite easy recipes and tips and generally had a really nice conversation.

Food. Fast. EatWell soup and crackers for a gloomy day.

It's a gloomy, rainy day here in LA - we've heard it's a bit gloomy around the region, even, so we figured what better way to drive away the gloom than with a hot bowl of soup! Plus, it's hard to want to leave the house when it's so rainy, so if you have soup in the cupboard or fridge, you're ready to snuggle in at home and wait out the weather.

Food. Fast. EatWell Mac & Cheese Meal with Turkey for Game Day.

It's game day - or so those of us a bit less football inclined are told. In honor of today's BCS National Championship Game, we thought we'd do a hearty meal that would be perfect to eat while sitting down before the game (or for those of you who really can't tear yourselves away, for during the game).

Food. Fast. EatWell with a Southwest-style Dinner Salad!

We've all been eating for weeks, and now it kind of feels like it's time for something a bit lighter but still filling. Plus, we know many of you (us, too!) have New Year's resolutions to keep - perhaps the resolution is to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, to cook at home  more, to shed a couple of pounds, and so on. We think our EatWell line is a great option to help with those resolutions!

EatWell is our line of foods, found all through the store, that help you do just that - eat well.

Food. Fast. Frittata using leftovers!

We thought for this week's meal idea, we'd go for a hearty frittata - they're really easy to make and quite inexpensive. Plus, you can put a new spin on the leftovers you're trying to clear out before it's time for New Year's resolutions!

A frittata is kind of like a quiche (or egg pie - that phrase doesn't sound as awesome, but it gives a good picture of what it'll be like) without the crust.
